Returns and Exchanges:
We will accept all returns and exchanges within 14 days after shipment. Please send an email to hfisher@sharelliinc.com or call 1-888-527-3033 and request a return authorization number (RMA#). Refund credits will not include initial shipping costs. Unfortunately, custom orders are not returnable.

No refund will be granted without a Return Authorization number.

Repairs:
Please contact our repairs department at rfisher@sharelliinc.com or 514.273.3033 x 306  to request a return authorization number. We do not accept packages without a return authorization number.

Shipping:
All orders will be shipped in as timely a manner as possible. Standard lead time is 4 weeks. Should you require a faster delivery time, please call 888.527.3033 to confirm if this is possible. We will do our best to accommodate all expedited orders.

Customers Outside the United States and Canada
All international buyers are responsible for any taxes, customs and duties that may be assessed by their government.

Sizing:
All our bracelets are listed by their circumference which includes the approximate one inch opening. We recommend you take a strip of paper, wrap it around your wrist then measure the length of the strip. This is the circumference of your wrist. Purchase a bracelet either just at, or larger than your wrist. We are unable to custom size cuff bracelets.

All our necklaces may be ordered in 16, 18 or 20 inch lengths. Please contact customer service for assistance and pricing of custom necklace lengths.

Jewelry Care:
Jewelry is not water-resistant. Due to the natural aging of metals, jewelry will darken slightly over time. To restore the natural luster, use a soft, felt polishing cloth. You may also purchase our Jewelry Restorer.
